Area officers and coordinators are not required to pay for the assembly or dinner banquet, so please denote your service position on this form so we know who you are.

The only pets allowed in the meeting room are ADA service animals.
In order to register for the assembly now using this website:
1. Complete and submit the registration form below.
2. Submit payment by check, money order, or Zelle.
Filling out the form below does in fact register you for the assembly in November. It also let’s us know to be expecting a Zelle or if you are old school, and let’s face it, many of us are, including me, you must send a check or money order:
